Workflow overview
The exact route varies by product and project. This framework keeps requirements, responsibilities and approval points visible from the initial brief through delivery coordination.
We clarify your product, technical and commercial requirements.
We evaluate feasibility, identify suitable manufacturers and review commercial terms.
We coordinate development, materials, sampling and approvals.
We manage production planning, communication and in-process follow-up.
We align quality checks, documentation and coordinate delivery preparation.
Step 1
We begin by turning the commercial idea into a working project brief. A complete specification is useful, but not essential at this stage—gaps can be identified and refined together.
A clearer project scope, an open-question list and an agreed basis for feasibility review.
Step 2
The brief is assessed against suitable production capabilities, material routes and practical commercial conditions before development progresses.
A recommended sourcing and development route with the next practical decisions. Quotations remain dependent on confirmed specifications, quantities and project assumptions.
Step 3
The agreed direction is translated into product specifications and samples for structured buyer review.
The buyer reviews and approves the relevant sample and specifications. Bulk production is not released before the required approval is recorded.
Step 4
Approved requirements are converted into a controlled production basis and coordinated with the manufacturing parties.
Changes after approval are reviewed before implementation because they may affect price, MOQ, timing, material availability or feasibility.
Step 5
The final stage aligns product checks, required documentation and the handover into the agreed delivery route.
FASA OHG coordinates the parties, information and handover. Transport execution and carrier performance remain with the appointed logistics providers.
How we work
FASA OHG acts as your extended team on the ground in Germany to keep your project moving and your interests protected.
Key assumptions, approvals, changes and open points are consolidated through a defined commercial interface so that buyer and production parties work from the same information.
The sequence, checkpoints and documentation are adapted to the product, order structure, applicable requirements and selected manufacturing route.
Start with the requirement
Share the available brief—even if some details are still open. We can clarify the requirement and identify a practical next step.
